Counselling is a safe space where we dedicate time to understanding your emotions, experiences, and challenges. Together, we will cultivate awareness that will help clearly identify problems, understand how you would like to address them, and recognize which beliefs may contribute to the difficulties. I make use of different modalities of CBT, DBT, parts work, and other tools like hypnotherapy to meet your unique needs.

Group facilitation offers a guided and supportive space for people to come together, reflect, and learn from both individual and shared experiences. Through guided practices, reflection, and experiential exercises, group facilitation helps participants develop self-awareness, emotional regulation, and a deeper understanding of their internal patterns in relation to others. Working in a group setting can foster connection, normalize shared challenges, and support personal insight while respecting individual boundaries.
Group facilitation is particularly supportive for cultivating trust, clarity, and meaningful engagement within a collective setting.

Workshops for organizations support employee wellbeing and sustainable performance in modern work environments. These experiential sessions focus on stress regulation, focus, emotional awareness, and self-leadership, offering practical tools that can be applied in everyday work life.
